We are the only hop farm in the UK with on-farm hop-specific cold storage: meaning we get from the bale to the fridge in under 24 hours preserving the maximum aroma. So whether it is our own freshly harvested English hops or our US & NZ varieties, brewers can guarantee that all of our hops, yeasts and malts are kept perfectly chilled at a constant 0-2֯C to maximize freshness and lock essential aromas and flavours. With over 1000m2 of space in our cold store we have large stocks of readily available foil wrapped hop pellets, whole cone bales and cryo hop options.
